FAQs

Marja is calling upon all private and third sector organizations of all sizes in the United Arab Emirates to showcase their CSR and Sustainability projects for a chance to win the Sustainable Impact Award and a share of a total of AED 600,000 in cash prizes.

There are so many incredible CSR and Sustainability projects in the UAE, but many of them are unrecognized. We want to showcase and celebrate the incredible work being driven by private and third-sector organizations in the UAE and reward those creating the most impact in the nation.

Click on “Submit a Project,” and log in using UAE Pass. Once logged in, add your organization and project information, and pin your project on the Sustainable Impact Map. Once the submission period is closed, the public will be able to view the map and like their favorite projects.

The submission period will end on March 31, 2025 at 3:00 PM (UAE time); but may be extended to allow time for more submissions (not guaranteed). We will announce any changes on our website and through our social media channels.

Organizations are encouraged to reach out to their communities and networks and encourage people to like their projects. We want to know which projects have had the greatest reach and have built strong bases of supporters. The top 100 liked projects will be shortlisted for review by the Majra team.

If shortlisted, Majra will review your project in detail and begin the process of qualifying and, potentially, verifying your project. Projects will be assessed in terms of scale, scope, and duration of impact. Evidence of project execution and impact will be required.

During the submission process, there is an optional section where you can submit evidence. It is made optional to make it easier for organizations to submit their projects. If shortlisted, however, you will be asked to log back into the submission form and upload your evidence. For a smoother and quicker review process, we recommend you include your evidence when submitting. All projects with evidence submitted will be considered for Majra’s Qualification Certificate and Verification Stamp. Learn more on the Majra website.

The top 100 projects will be considered for Majra’s Qualification Certificate and Verification Stamp.
