اعتمد مجلس أمناء الصندوق الوطني للمسؤولية المجتمعية عدداً من السياسات الجديدة لتطوير آليات عمل الصندوق بما يضمن سرعة تنفيذ المبادرات وتحقيق الأثر المرجو منها، حيث أقر مجلس أمناء الصندوق، خلال اجتماعه الأول عقب تشكيله الجديد بموجب القرار رقم (18) للعام 2020، مجموعة من الضوابط والنظم لمتابعة وقياس العمل المجتمعي المؤسسي، وذلك من خلال تشكيل 4 لجان متخصصة تعمل تحت مظلة المجلس معنية بمتابعة السياسات وتطوير الأداء ومتابعة المشاريع والتمويل وإدارة المخاطر.
