The Impact Declaration is a simple questionnaire designed to help Majra understand how your company actively contributes to the UAE through CSR and Sustainability efforts and investments. Based on UAE Cabinet Decree No (2) for the year 2018, all mainland private sector licenses (excluding sole establishments and cooperations) are required to disclose their Corporate Social Responsibility activities. While two questions of the Impact Declaration are mandated, the rest are optional. Entities who complete the optional declaration receive the “Impact Declaration” stamp, a prerequisite for the Impact Seal. All non-mainland companies (such as Freezone Enterprises) are welcome to voluntarily contribute by completing the Impact Declaration.
